We know where the talent is on this team, it's the defense. Nolan seemed not to be able to dial up anything to counter the Pats hurry up/no huddle. The team will learn from this loss and bounce back. The good news-Patriots are the best team we will face all year. The bad news- They are the road to the playoffs in our divison. This team will be good if the offense keeps putting up numbers like that every game.

Clyde Gates is going to be a very good returner for this team, give him some time....

That is all for now....just my opinion... slam away...

What concerns me though is that while the Pats might be the best team we face all year they are certaintly not the best defense we'll face. The pats aren't a bad defense but if they can be in our backfield all game harrasing Henne and leaving no holes for the RB's to run through what do you think is going to happen when we play the Jets?

Why don't people beleive me that Sean Smith sucks. He can't tackle and he always seems to be complaining after he gives up a big play. He never makes interceptions or anticipates anything even though he is supposed to have great hands, and he tackles like a girl like Chris Clemons. Not physical, poor ball skills, poor player.

Nobody will run on them up the middle this year. They know people are going to try the outside so that makes it even easier for them. Jets didn't look all that impressive against the Cowboys to be honest. If Tony Romo wasn't such a moron they would have lost by 10+ points.

I think we essentially abandoned the run for most of the second half because we were playng a bit of catch up, and it's not like we faultered against their defense, we put up 488 yards against them, which is pretty good against any team. Defense was disappointing, but it's nothing to lose hope over I reckon.

The Patriots have a better D-Line than the Jets, with that said, I hope the Dolphins decide to sign some veterans OL now that week 1 has passed.

If you take away the crazy interception that was returned to the 10 yard line and the garbage time TD the phins offense was able to score 10 points. I referrenced this in my other post...red zone is going to be important. Because the phins can't run the ball in the red zone scoring my be trouble.

I hear what a couple of you guys are saying but mark my words... if the OL plays like this vs better defenses then it's going to be a very very ugly game for Phins fans.

The problem in the game was the disorganization on defense. Nolan gets a F in this game for not speeding up the defensive calls. At least 12 snaps occurred with the defense not set nor on the same page. That was the biggest problem. The other big problem was Jones. He is not ready to be a starter.

On some plays they were just standing around waiting for someone to tell them where to line up.
