Defensive Line Depth

With Fred Evans being cut and the loss of David Bowens & Kevin Carter on the defensive front do you think the Dolphins have enough quality depth on the defensive line.

We'll see...but Evans played very little last year, so I would not call him "depth", plus Vickerson had played well in pre-season before getting hurt, and then played well in Europe.

So, I think with Vickerson and Soliai, backing up Traylor, we'll be fine.

evans did not play alot last year but its a loss. he would have been second behind traylor unless paul showed alot.

My predictions are:

NT: Traylor, Soliai,
DT: Holliday, Vickerson, Wright
DE: Taylor (OLB too I know), Roth, Bruce, Gbaja-Biamila (DE/OLB)

they went unsigned for some reason. If we rotate a lot like last year, we could see a drop off in production. Can we afford that with our secondary?

We can expect them to contribute on special teams and if it comes down to these guys playing a lot, then we have some significant injuries along the D-Line.

All that the "All star Europa Team" means is that Vickerson was the best of the players in the NFL D-League. Not saying much. I am more excited with regards to him on how he plays during the preseason games. He has always shown potential during those games and hopefully he can carry that over to a spot on our lineup!

I'd say Bruce has the best shot at making the team because if you look our only DE is really matt roth, plus Bruce looks like he can be a Taylor like player later on with his size.

idk he didnt play much last year which kinda surprised me since he still can be a force.
