Everyday people come up with a dumber reason as to why someone shouldn't start. People who hate Feeley talk about how he hangs out with Mare and Turk, and now that he got California and Florida mixed up. People who hate Gus love bringing up that he ran head first into a wall.
Ladies and gentlemen, if there are any legit reason as to why someone should start over someone else, I'm sure Saban thought of it.

What potential? He was a third string qb. Should we all be shocked because some idiot gave a second-rounder for him and it didn't automatically increase his ability to be a starting qb in the NFL? The amazing thing is that so many people think that this must be magically true somehow. He is what he is. He has all the God-given talent to be a third-string qb.
This experiment is all but over.

I think Feeley could actually be a good Qb if he would just get his head out of his uknowhat. I seriously think he is too damn lax and it shows. Soccer chick is making him that way. I mean, he is just hangin around with this smile on his face and we look like crap. I really do not think he wants to do anything with this team but win a job and thats it!

I could just as easily say the reason Frerotte won't start because he stupidly butt his head against a wall, causing an injury. (Note: I'm not trying bash Gus, just trying to make a point).

Seriously, this is starting to become some annoying bull$#it. First someone's talking about how he was talking with Turk and Mare on the sidelines was the most conerning thing in the whole freaking Pitt game, and now he can't be a starter because he slipped up in an interview.
