I think Dennis Green talking to the Cowboy's is nothing more than Jerry Jones trying to appease the league with the new NFL policy to hire minorities for HC jobs. I don't know the specifics, but I think teams now have to look at some minority coaching candidates for any HC opening. However, this doesn't mean they have to hire them.
IMO Jerry Jones wants Parcells. Jones knows that Parcells and the talent the Cowboys have right now would be dangerous. I just don't see Jones giving Parcells the power he wants. If they can't work it out, then I think Norv Turner will be in Dallas.
Personally, I think Parcells would like to get on one of the AFC East teams. He could beat Belichick a couple times a year that way.
