Denver can seem to run the ball effectly no matter who is the RB. They say that any RB can run well in that system but I think that their system is better suited for a speed guy. Their great blocking is their key to success so therefore they don't need a power runner if the runner already has holes open for him to run through and thats why they need a speed guy to hit the holes fast and dart to the endzone. anybody agree or disagree?

Mike Anderson, Reuben Droughns = Fullbacks

Terrell Davis, Olandis Gary= Not exactly blazing speed

Quentin Griffin= Speedster

Clinton Portis= Ideal Bronco RB

Of the six mentioned, four of those RB's have rushed for 1000+ yds/season starting for the Broncos. Only three of those RB's have rushed for 1500+yds/season (Anderson,Portis,Davis), and only one (Davis) broke the 2,000 yard barrier.

Credit to Shanahan and Gibbs, who now is the O-Line coach for the Falcons who have the 2nd ranked rushing offense.
