Kinda hoped to keep him.
I'm shocked how the FO is spending. It's somewhat.... responsible?
I don't agree with some of the moves, but we've not spent big money and it sounds like we've thrown our hat into several rings but were outbid. I'm not discouraged because I know we are at least pursuing many of the FA's we've all talked about. I don't mind losing out on a player when I know we tried and didn't waiver on our price.
Better than outbidding... ourselves.
BTW, you can't blame OV for testing the market. Congrats to him on a heck of a payday. He is swimming in Suh waters with that deal. But he's not Suh. But good for him.
That said, I really hate losing Miller. I think fans will regret being glad we didn't "over pay" for him. I see a potential rushing champion in him. Behind a better OL, he could eat the league alive. I expect to see many highlights of him in the coming years. Kid's about to blossom.

Was about what I expected for him, but do not believe he was ever a priority due to the rumors of being a bit of a headcase.
