Amazing what investing in talent early in the draft can bring you.
Parker has similar measurables to a Roberto Wallace . . . Ireland thought getting those guys undrafted were steals over taking them early in the draft. Clearly talent weighs out in the end.

Don't feel bad, a lot of people over analyzed the senior tape failing to realize that the foot was still bothering him, especially on shorter routes with sharper cuts. He looked lazy on the senior tape in those situations and wasn't getting the separation you wanted to see. . . but the explosion down the field and the overall ability still flashed all over the place.
Yeah Ireland was all about measurables. Thought that if you were big you could develop other skills (see Patrick Turner).
And screw that lol, if Parker ends up beasting it this season I'll be gloating to a lot of people who said he wasn't good
I'll gladly eat that giant bowl of crow (i am right now, well at least tasting it...not all that bad when it turns out good for the team)
This is who I knew Parker was. I said before the draft he had the highest ceiling of all the WR's. Instant impact, eventually he will become a true star.
