Accepting the fact that I don't see practice every day, I'd keep Matthews and Tyms as the 4th and 5th receivers and offer Bumphis a practice squad spot.
Between Da'Rick Rogers and McNutt for the other practice squad spot it depends on how Rogers interviewed. Is he a bad guy addicted to weed? Then pass.
