I thought it was interesting to check into his coaching history. what Ai cound out was (only going as far back as the Redskins) before Cam showed uo they where in the bottom 1/4 of the nfl as far as offense goes. cam's 1st year the o improved but not by much. In his second year there the O improved to the top 1/2 of the NFL then the 3rd year top 1/4 (sorry I don't copy the numbers becasue I'm at work - I'll update later)

Off to Indiana where we know what happened there (by the way that is a very hard place to win due to the lack of talent that comes to the place and they play in the big 10 - not an excuss for Cam (while I love his moves thus far and believe he is a Guru as far as O goes - The jury is still out as far as he goes with me as a HC)

he returns to the NFL as OC for SD
before his arrival there again the O was in the bottom 1/4 of the leauge as far as O goes (note: they already had LT before came and still was not productive offensivly so the LT excuss is out the door that anybody can produce with the best player in football.) in cams 1st year there the O improved. not drasticlly but a few notches. His second year there the O improved to the top 1/4 then upwards every year there after to the #1 spot last year.

This brings me to my wonders right now.
With a outstanding D (that by the way is going to better then last years) and the new HC / OC that is proven how could it be that the Fish ar not getting the press. I think the media is afraid to make any comments on Mia because of last years comments and Miami failed. The funny thing is we get no press about how we willbe either neg. or pos.

I firmly believe that we will make strides this year and make some noise. not sure if we make the playoffs this year (AFC is tuff if you ask most people there is 4 lock teams NE/Ind/SD/B more - that leaves 2 spots for either Den/ cinny / Jets (who by the way is not that good of a team) and as far as I am concerned the fish. BUT if we do not make it this year Cams history shows that we will for SURE next year.

Not bad. I would like to think that, although being the first year in this scheme, Miami can make a very noticable impact. We saw quite a bit of difference when Linehan came in (and that was with Frerotte!). I think in bringing in Green, Miami has surpassed the year 'mesh time' that teams usually need to get a new offense. We'll see. I think Green will instill confidence in his players if he wins early. In order for Miami to have a good year, Green has to make this team believe in him.....

I think there are a plethera of teams with a better chance of making the playoffs than the Bills as they have taken more steps backwards this offseason than forward. Teams I see who have a better shot than the bills are Miami, Jets, KC, PITT, possibly even Tenn if they get their WR situation handled

I have a little more optimism than 2 yrs and here is why...in the cases before where Cam came in, he was 'controlled' by outside forces that he had no say in...for example, when he came to Indiana, the offense was pretty set the first year, returning most of the starters. In Washington, he had to gain the trust of Gibbs before he'd let Cam do his thing totally and the same with Marty in SD...

That leads us to Miami, where the offense is what is broken and what needs the most attention...Cam is the perfect person for the job right now...I see this offense improving a lot this year. Perhaps into the top 10. That doesn't mean I see us winning the division or in the playoffs, but I see this offense improving a lot from what we've seen the last 8 yrs... I see more speed than we've had since the Marks bros, more excitement on offense since Danny was in his prime with the Marks Bros, and better STs than we've ever seen here...

This team may not set the NFL afire, but it'll once again, starting this year be exciting to watch...

If this happens..With our Defense most definately top 5 and an offense top 10 I think we would have a better chance of taking the division than NE, jets and def the bills.

and dont forget about them jaguars... watch out for them..

they are another team that if they find a good WR could push for the playoffs. There are alot of teams ahead of the bills

yeah I meant to say Jets -
Jets Jills same thing I hate both of them.
But there are a lot of teams in the AFC that can make a run at the playoffs
Put it this way there are only 2 or 3 teams that are really out of the playoffs.
Bills / cleveland / oakland
and who's to say one of them may get a little luck on their side and get in.

If they can play consistently.

As for us, I expect to see an offensive improvement this year and even more so next year.

I would have to say Oakland would have the best chance just because of that defense

Actually, not so sure about in that division

Honestly I do not see us having a top 10 offense this year
I think we will improve but that improvement is a process and that process will take a few years.Let our team play together and once the offensive line gels then things will start to happen.I hope we can draft a few stud oline players next year.

Next year with another good draft class I think this team will be on the way to being feared
