Did anyone sign Tyler Palko?

I hope we dont sign him - Tyler Palko was one of the most inaccurate QB's Ive ever seen in the college ranks. He'll be lucky to make some teams practice squad.

No Zabransky signed with the Texans and Leak signed with The Bears. I don't know about Palko. A couple of years ago this kid was suppose to be a high draft pick and than Wanny started to coach him. Poor kid he never had a chance

That was pretty much the point of my original post. No one's saying the kid is a superstar, but we are pretty light at that position. Culpepper is waste of roster space and the only real guys we have at the position are Beck and Lemon. Trent Green may not arrive until much later, if King Carl continues to play Tough Guy.

What's the harm in bringing him in for the mini-camps? :dunno:

It's all academic now, anyway. Palko signed with the Saints.

And Sean Payton does know a little something about the QB position (at least HE didn't pass on Drew Brees ...twice).

Funny..... would be even funnier if it all wasn't so horrificly true.

Palko signed with the Saints...... the team that went after Brees full bore while our med staff deemed him too risky! Maybe they know something we don't once again.

I'm happy with the stuff I'm hearing on Beck for now.
Let's hope he backs up what our scouts felt about him.
