Weird story...I regularly watch the Dolphins games at a local bar and while I was there this week, there was an older gentleman seated at the bar wearing what looked like a homemade or original design t-shirt that said Cecil "The Diesel" Collins. I wanted to ask him where he got the shirt and if he knew about our former running back, but I never got a chance to ask him.

If I see him again, I will definitely have to buy him a beer and ask him about the shirt. :confused:

Actually, that was Najeh Davenport. Played for UM and now plays for the Packers.

No, that was Gerry Dinardo

He got into all sorts of trouble with girls and was kicked off the team. He "could" have been a wrecking machine. Reminds me of Brown, except we was faster.
Could have been a 1,500 yard guy had he got his head on. Never did.
