Did Jared Gaither declare?

I heard he decided to declare but then haven't heard anything official on if he actually did it.

Anyone know?

If he does declare, it could be a great pick for the Phins in the 2nd round. Our 2nd round pick I believe is the 7th or 8th pick in the round so we should have a very good shot at him.

He could possibly lock up the LT spot for a long time if his potential pans out.

Steinbach is a guard. He could be projected to LT for a team that was desparate for one, but it's kind of unknown...
