It was a false positive for a supposed diluted sample. In plain english this means Ricky did not test positive for Marijuana, but that something he had taken (maybe a cleanser) diluted or caused a "dirty" sample. Unfortunately even though he didnt test positive for anything he still fails the test.

Unfortunately he's still under contract with Miami so I don't see how he can get out of it.....wait he could fail yet another drug test and that would give him the lifetime suspension effectively ending his ties with the Dolphins and the NFL.

yeah, hes under contract, but i think he has to ask for reinstatement {sp?} to the nfl to even be elligible....so what if he, doesnt re-apply for reinstatement...and just plays in canada? what can they do? if anyone knows...
