I've watched a few Bills games this season and I've gotta say he's looked pretty impressive. He looks faster than what I remember from his Fins day. Did anything change or is he just seeing some running room that he never saw with the Fins?

The Bills oline is much better. Like any back, if he gets into the 2nd level he can make things happen.
When he was on the Fins, he got stuffed because of penetration.

Meh. He was crap here cant blame them for getting rid

I was thinking that too. Williams and Drake bring more versatility. If Gillislee doesn't play special teams then I guess you wouldn't be able to keep 4 RB's.

I know it's water under the bridge, but should the Dolphins have paid or tagged Vernon? I miss Matthews too, had developed great chemistry with Tannehill. Let's hope Carroo can fill that void.

I don't miss OV's stupid personal fouls.

At some point, a guy we get rid of is going to have success elsewhere. A guy like Gillisee, especially at RB, i'm not going to fault anyone for getting rid of him. I still don't think he's all that anyway.

We have been fortunate in having quality RBs the past few years. Not sure how having Gillislee would have taken the group to another level.

Good old Joe Philbin and his great eye for talent and developmwnt

He's a solid player who likely should've gotten more play in Miami but worked out for both sides in letting him move on.
