Again, the person who started the rumor is from Provo, land of Soi. This is the same person who suggested the he, but more his brother, had close ties to Soi. This is the same person who gave the detailed Soi workout report prior to the draft. I tend to believe him, but again their is still no official confirmation.

John Murphy, of NFL Draft Bible and Yahoo! Sports is reporting that San Francisco has signed former Texas State LB Mark Washington who was not selected in yesterday’s supplemental draft. We have also received a couple of unconfirmed reports that Miami has signed former Utah State DT Brian Soi, who also was passed over yesterday.

Frankly this has circular rumor written all over it! We post it here, someone else picks it up as "unconfirmed" and reports it. We read that "report" and re-post and thus the circle begins.
