Since the 2001 season, our Fins are the only team to win the division other than the Pats! Just had some extra time on my hands to calculate the division records since then. The Pats had won 7 straight division titles with a combined record of 97-31. The Jets just beat out the fins at 62-66. The Fins with a 61-67 record. And to push the cart, the Jills come in at 52-76. It just had me thinking that it hasn't been that bad except for 2 really bad years, 04, and last year. We finished 2nd in division 4 times. We finished last 3 times.

I guess I have no real point, except that i'm board as hell since the season ended:boohoo:!

Jets won the division in 2002 during Chadwick's breakout season earning him his first Pro-Bowl snub :up:

Sorry, I did not realize that. I was looking at the ESPN standings for that year and they had NE on top, figures ESPN and NE go hand in hand!

We are the first team since 2002 to win the division, besides the Pats. I bet none of you sukas knew that. Drop'n the 411 on ya'll!

haha there u go.. so i guess you can say.. Only the fins and pats have owned the afc east division title in the last 6 years
