Showed up Nick Saban today? If anyone taped the game.. It was a 3rd and 9, and Chambers made that terrific catch. Refs said it was incomplete..It was a catch first of all. But when Saban was hesistating to throw the challenge flag, you saw Mc Michael beside him truly thinking he would throw it, and when he did'nt, he threw his hands to his side in disgust, and started yelling, "DAMM MAN" and just turned. I showed my mother a Dolphin fan..and she could'nt believe it! Now if that does'st say at least 1 player is frusted with Saban on this team, i dont know what will!
 
I saw it, and Saban made the right call. There certainly was no conclusive evidence that his left foot touched down. In my honest opinion it never did. I rewatched it several times over with Tivo.

I agree, but it would have been a better challenge than the one we did challenge.
 
I didn't see his left foot go down, and I saw his left knee touch the ground out of bounds, so I was happy he didn't throw it.
 
No, his foot clearly never landed in inbounds. You don't waste a timeout in that situation for the hell of it. We need all our timeouts.
 
If Saban starts worrying about what his players think, we truly are in trouble.
 
of course theres grumblings with the coaches between the players. That happens when your 1-4 and desperately trying to win. but that doesn't mean when the players take a step back from the game they still hate the coach, Because they don't. Im sure McMicheal knows full well how good saban is. (also saban very specifically put his neck on the line for mcmicheal in the presses lately, so mcmicheal should shut the hell up)

Now you wanna see a real coach/player relationship gone wrong, look at Oakland with Moss and Shell.
 
Frustrating...we didn't take any chances in this game, either in replays or field goal tries. It's like Saban is completelfy unconfident and becoming more conservative every game.

field goal tries???

umm our kicker went 1/3 and obviously could not kick in that stadium... we even tried one late in the game that he missed badly.

Olindo Mare isn't the kicker that he once was. It seems like every year he is missing more and more kicks that could be winning us games. He makes alot of money too which is obviously not worth it.
