Ones first reaction is to laugh. Naturally. But it's good to finally know he's actually been working towards a comeback. As Gase said, everyone as far as he is concerned is starting at ground zero and has a shot if they want it. We definitely need all the help we can get.

Get reinstated. Avoid burritos. Sack somebody week 1. Then I'll care about you, Dion.

Id settle for 16 games of special teams work.

I hope he turns it around.

But I don't have faith in the guy, he waits until now to hire these life coaches and personal trainers? I Should of heard about this months ago, than maybe I'd have some faith in him.

He really gave me nothing to get excited about while he was playing before the suspensions. He needs to restructure or we need to cut him!

People evolve... We have to cut him some slack and support the guy! It's much bigger than football.

People don't always evolve and the Dolphins have been MORE than supportive. He needs to show this isn't about money and restructure his deal, because right now this has been all give and no take! I am pulling for him as a human being, but we need to use common sense here.

At least he has been getting in shape. Shows some desire and drive anyway.

we dont have to support him at all. He has to prove himself, he is the one that has screwed over the team and fans. We dont owe him jack

On the same note, the sentiment that the players owe the fans anything is a ridiculous notion.

who said he hired them just now? why do you assume he's been sitting on his ass the entire year last year eating burgers and not doing ****? from what we can see on that picture he looks to be in terrific shape. very little fat, not too much muscle mass. just healthy and well conditioned

his agent is obviously just trying to hype him up and get the word out, take that with a grain of salt. but i do think if he is serious about returning and playing football he can have an impact this year and be a quality starter for us and down the road a pro bowl type linebacker. but again, all that is just "potentially". hes gotta go out and do something first and being given an opportunity to do some damage. something those idiots (coyle, philbin) werent able to figure out. i think that will change.
