According to the NFL transactions, Dion Jordan was officially reinstated to the Dolphins roster today. Good, now we can cut him and move on.

Also Cornerback Ifo Ekpre Olomu was moved to the roster from I.R.. I thought we released him with a settlement at the beginning of the 2016 season??

Ya that information does not seem correct..or updated.
Look at the transaction list for Miami the day before- this may be some type of bookkeeping or technical thing with the new year but can't mean much... Chekwa is gone also and so on..

The Official Team Roster on the Miami Dolphins website showed that Ekpre Olomu was on I.R. for us the entire 2016 season. Transaction says he was moved to the roster from IR today so that must be correct.

i hope he gets a chance to compete in OTAs and training camp. the coaching staff needs to have an open mind. if he's one of our best 53, better for us. if he doesn't, cut him.

Ourlads currently has Chekwa on the roster as well. I also seem to remember reading he was released. Not really sure his status
