Well, I'm sure I'm not going to say anything that hasn't been said 800 times today- but this was a winnable game and IMO, we beat ourselves with the undisplined pentalties. It's a good thing I was at the game and not at home because between the bonehead penalties (JT jumping offsides on the Pissington fumble, Shulters' pass interference on 3rd and 15 on the first Jets drive, Crowder's inexcusable personal foul on Coles most notably in my mind), I probably would've hurled my TV out the window. The o-line sucked BAD, as did the offense as a whole. I really wanted to go in there and walk out with my first win attending a Dolphins-Jets game, but I am now 0-4. I haven't read the board yet because I just walked in from watching the Raiders-KC game with my Raider fan friend and his Raider fan family, but I'm sure this has been beaten to death. I will now read.
People get so extreme. I do agree that Howard sucks. I think we all agree on that. I figured all the Caddy-Brown crap would start after seeing how Caddy ran for another 100+ today. Nonsense. If the o-line would block for Ronnie. he'd be putting up Caddy-like #'s too. Mare- wasn't really his fault- bad snap by Denney. (quick fantasy note: I dropped Stover on Tuesday after his horrid 3 misses last week and I picked up Mare. :shakeno: I can't win with my kickers.) Chambers obviously doesn't suck, but he dropped an easy TD last week and dropped what would've been an easy 1st down catch today. He's gotta get that focus and concentration going- he hasn't had it these first two games and it's disheartening to see from a guy with so much talent. And the penalties- I actually agree. They gotta stop. Too many undisiclpined unnecessary penalties today, and ultimately they cost us the game.
