In the last 20 years, only a handful of teams have won multiple Super Bowls:

Green Bay, Denver, New England, NY Giants, Pittsburgh, Baltimore.

All are cold weather teams, playing in snowy, windy, ice cold weather stadiums.

None are hot climate teams (Arizona, San Diego, Jacksonville, Miami). None have domed stadiums (Atlanta, Detroit).

Coincidence? Or maybe cold weather teams have an advantage in getting through the playoffs, and to the Super Bowl.

In the modern era, passing has become really important. And maybe teams that are used to passing in cold weather have an advantage of getting through the winter playoffs.
