I know some of you are worried about the QB's play during mini-camp but we have until September 11 to really get ready and digest the system...The best thing for us is that we also have 5 preseason games and I believe 3 good games(practices) against the Bucs, Steelers, and Jim Mora's falcons. We may only have our starters for 1 quarter, but it will help as we're going against those tough defenses. We can also test Linehan's ability to take advantage of team weaknesses..Feeley will be ready by then..He has 3 months to reall prepare for the Broncos.

Now, in my opinion, it's clear that Feeley has the advantage over Gus at least as of now...I don't understand Gus at all for a veteran in the system to underthrow and get picked up like that and even one article said that he was struggling with the elements....

I am not worried yet. Mini Camp is mainly for the new players to get to know the other players and learn the playbook. Training Camp is when the real football training begins. Right now they are just learning the basics.

It's way too early to even be sounding the alarm for a "Do not sound the alarm yet" post.

(that means I agree with you)

On the contrary, I am actualy very impressed with what I saw out of all of our quarterbacks today

Well, can you tell us some more and give us a little report please?

Dont worry dude, I am typing up a comprhensive mini-camp report tonight.

People who sound the alarm after the FIRST MINI-CAMP make me laugh. (not that I've seen any yet...but I know they're out there)

i dont think i've seen many pple on here actually "worried"

Gus I'm not worried about because he hasn't really worked with our WR's and timing will come with time. Feeley worries me because it seems like he has a hard time learning a new offense so he may be beat out by Gus who already knows the system. Either way I'm pretty happy with the Qb's we have and our system.

Like I said in another thread, when Gruden came to Tampa, there were people questioning if Brad Johnson, Keyshawn Johnson, Keenan McCardell, and the rest of them had ever played football before after their first couple of mini-camp practices under Gruden's offense. Things will be fine!
