Do The Fins Really Have The Most Boring Qb In The Nfl????

Not always. Case in point - Andrew Luck. Same situation as Tannehill, maybe worse. I didn't read any suggestions that they should draft a QB.

Dude may never throw a football effectively again and yet he's still crowned King Jesus QB by some.

To question Tannehill's toughness is bull crap. The kid took so many sacks it was crazy and all he did was keep getting up. He has courage and immense toughness. Question pocket presence or maybe you don't love his deep ball but nobody can say that RT isn't tough as nails and then some.

I don’t get why there is a conversation here about Ryan’s injury only being 1 knee injury and not 2. Who cares? If it’s 6 injuries it doesn’t change the story that he missed the last 20 games. I also don’t understand why so many give him a free pass for completely mismanaging his tear in his ACL? Instead of having the surgery he went to Europe to have expeiramental treatment that failed utterly. Ryan crushed our 2017 season single handedly by not having ACL surgery. I don’t get why he gets a pass for this. Did Wentz risk the Eagles future when he tore an ACL in Dec? No he manned up, and went under the knife.
He gets a free pass because he was following top doctor's advice, as spiketek says. But i agree 20 games is 20 games, regardless of whether its the same injury or not, team is left in same situation. Still , if it was 4 different injuries id be more worried going into this season.

The bar is set pretty high in Dolphinland. QBs will always be compared to Marino and coaches will always be chasing Shula's records. Until they prove otherwise, Gase and Tannehill will just be also rans and, dink and dunk football IS boring, safe but boring compared to what we used to see.

Sometimes the doctors and specialist are wrong. Weren't they wrong about Drew Brees when they, the Fins medical staff, told Saban to pass on him? It's not the players fault.

Tannehill has a huge chance to rewrite the narrative this season. He has every opportunity in the world. He has a line, he has RBs and he has plenty of speedy receivers and this system is perfect for him. He'll either do it or he won't. I don't see any way we come out of this season still wondering if RT is our QB? He's either going to Rock and Roll or it will be an epic fail. I've already stated that I expect him to be the same guy from 2016 that went out on a hot streak.

And Luck missed 16 games and has barely thrown a football in a year. Brady missed 15 games when he injured his knee. EVERY player that gets injured early in the year misses a significant number of games.

Tannehill injury prone? What a joke. That guy was obliterated his first 4 or 5 years and never missed more than a snap here or there. I almost think he needed this time off to freshen up for the next 10 years now that he has competent people running the organization (sort of)

Outside of the Dolphin fanbase nobody cares about Tannehill. Certainly there isn't a single fan of another team wishing they had him, except maybe as a backup.
