Looking at our schedule it seems we're going to be facing far easier competition from here on out.

The question I pose is it seems to me we've kind of snuck up on some teams. I don't think any team is going to take us lightly from here on out. We now have three weeks of gamefilm that teams can use to gameplan for us. In the first three games it seemed to me we kind of surprised teams out of the gates jumping on them early. Will this continue throughout the year? Will Saban continue to dumbfound the opposing coaching staffs or will the rest of the league catch up with what we're doing and start exploiting our weaknesses?
I think Saban has enough cards up his sleeve to continue to surprise some coaching staffs but I think certain deficiencies are cropping up that I'm not sure we continue to overcome on a consistant basis

I only see maybe 4 possibly "easy" games (and that's counting Buffalo). I should know better though because Miami vs. Buffalo is never easy. Nope. All tough games.

There are alot of teams that are easier than those we played though I agree that doesnt make them easy which is why I posed the question

I hope we do something about our secondary before Oakland or Moss is going to have a field day.

its going to get tougher, but so are the dolphins.

Thats ok Oaklands Defense is awful against the run and pass. They looked decent today but only because they made a few big plays off turnovers.

KC is the first team on our schedule that worries me in regards to our secondary. Not so much the personnell (Tony Gonzalez excluded) so much as the scheme which forces you to play disciplined coverage throughout the entire game

I think it gets tougher. A tough division road game against Buffalo right after the bye that will be VITAL, followed by another tough road game in Tampa and then KC at home (I'll be there, baby!!!!!!!!). As I just said in another post- we've played VERY well- above my expectations, especially on offense- but we HAVE to be more disciplined. Penalties almost cost us today BIG TIME.

I'm not calling any game EASY.

We are in the age of mediocrity where any team can beat anyone any week.

I do think we are going to see some lapses on the road in regard to consistency.

Let's get healthy and come back to crush Buffalo!

I agree

Buffalo always play us tough.

Tampa Bay is really tough this year offensively and defensively.

Kansas City is really good.

New Orleans will continue to fight.

Atlanta is a possible SuperBowl team.

New England. 'nuff said.

Cleveland has improved a lot.

Oakland has a pretty good offense.

San Diego is looking good on both sides of the ball.

The Jets suck.

Tennessee always has a chance with McNair.

It gets A LOT tougher for the Dolphins.

The injury front is huge. So far the only one that's hurting us is Will Poole. Hopefully it stays that way. But you're right about the parity. Just look at the 49ers and Browns. These teams will mess with you if you take them lightly
