Seau and Brees over lapped 2 years - Brees rookie year when Brees didn't play, and Brees first year starting. My understanding is that they had and continue to have a good relationship, since Junior is still a presence in SD.

Boston is TOTALLY different story. They played together one year. That was 2003 when the Botls were 4-12 and Brees ended up getting benched. Boston and Brees never got along. They never seemed on the same page while on the field. I remember playing you guys on a Monday Night that year. There were a couple of passes that Boston could have laid out for but just pulled up instead, and they got picked. Boston was rumored to be a clubhouse cancer and NOT a Brees fan. He was gone the following year.

Otherwise, you got Wes Welker (only one preseason - hated to see him cut), Cleo Lemon and Hudson Houck.

Is there any player on the miami dolphins that played with drew brees in college, or as a charger. because maybe if brees has an old friend on the team that friend could help talk brees into coming to Miami.
