I like the next person would love to pick up a WR today on the trade deadline. But does anyone actually believe we make any move? It has been said all along that we are a few years away from being a serious contender. why would the Trifecta give up coveted draft picks for players right now? Roy Williams is a FA next year and will cost us plenty. Maybe they have someone in mind in the draft.. who knows.

Anyway.. I believe that the Trifecta may not feel the need to make a move. After all we're competitive. There is so much talk.. but it's just that.. Talk. Does anyone else sense that nothing is going to be done?

I for one do not think we make a move for anybody, and that is actually probably the best decision for the team. Save our picks

Man I would love to trade our pick from the JT trade for Roy Williams. Kid is still young and explosive . . . I know its probably not enough . . . but I wouldn't hesitate if the Lions accepted.

In all honesty you have to ask yourself how much depth we have at the WR position, besides Bess and Camarillo our WR are underperfoming big time. Makes me wonder why a guy like Eric Parker, Roydell Williams or Chad Jackson have not be signed. Im also surprise Miami is not looking for CB help as well.

Im very happy for what our team has accomplish so far, but do to the lack of CB and WR we could probably have two more wins on our side.

we are are lacking DBs, if we had better secondary play we win that last game easily

Our lack of depth is hardly an issue. Everyone knows we have none. Both in the WR position and in the secondary.

There has been such little talk. The Dolphins name is nowhere to be found in any rumor with anyone. I am starting to think the Trifecta are going to coast through this season with who we have... sadly...

I think a trade day is possible. However, it won't be for anybody, it will likely be unloading someone like Beck or Hagan for a late round pick.

I can see that.. especially with Wilford. But it certainly would be nice to address a need. But somehow I don't think it's the Trifectas priority.

what time is the trade deadline? 4 pm this afternoon...unless something happens between now&then,i don't see any trades happening, unless it's to unload some of our players for draft picks....

I'd like to see a trade for some WR or DB help. As long as we get somone young for a resonable price, I don't see how that hurts the rebuilding process. If you can give up a 4th or 5th for a player that makes us better right away, I fail to see how that is a bad thing.

I kind of like Andre Johnson from the Texans. I'd trade Ginn and Beck and Wilfork, and a third rounder. :)

While Im not saying we will or wont make a trade, all is just too quiet around the Fins. Maybe they are working on something, maybe they arent. I wouldnt be surprised either way.

Just who were you thinking of?:err:

Noone in particular. It's just a general answer. If you're asking me who I'd like to see a trade for? Roy Williams without question. I think he's still young enough to be the #1 building block WR for this franchise for years to come. People talk about the moneyhe'll get, but, if we draft a #1 caliber WR in the top end of the first round, we'll be paying close to that anyway.....For a guy that we have no idea if he will succeed or not. TunaCo's record of drafting quality WRs is abysmal. The only true #1 is Keyshawn. Dedric Ward and Terry Glennwere/are ok....But nothing to hang one's hat on.

The question is the price. I'd give a first rounder for him as long as we could do a contract restructureing to extend him for a couple of years. If it's any more than that? Forget it. Make a hard run at him in the off season.
