Do You Approve of the Job Joe Philbin is Doing? (Unscientific Poll)

I'm just curious to see how the board in general feels about Joe right now. I'm including three poll options:

1. Yes, I approve of the job Joe Philbin is doing. Calm down and let the team play ball.
2. No, I disapprove of the job Joe Philbin is doing. However, I believe he deserves a chance to get the team back on the right track and win back my support.
3. No, and just put him out of his dang misery as soon as possible. This is a farce.

I'll make this public this time by popular demand, unless I somehow manage to screw that up. Poll will expire in five days.

Please note that if you have COMPLETELY given up on Joe, vote for option 3 regardless of what you think Steve Ross should do for public perception purposes. This is about how you feel. Not how prospective coaches and the general public should feel about our owner's decisions.

I like Philbin and hope he can turn it around. I just don't see it happening. Please Ross, hire someone, anyone, who will make Miami a good team again. I don't give a **** if it's Tim Tebow as coach.

Though, the graphic (before MNF Last night) they showed of the Lambs futility almost :idk: made me feel good about being a Dolphins fan.
