Dan Campbell is going to lead this Miami Dolphins team to the post season. You talk about playing for somebody you want to run through a wall for, this is the guy.... We are going to win our next two ball games to get back to .500 and take off from there. This team has the talent to play with anybody in the league, nobody was motivated under Philbin. Mark my words. This isn't a thread trolling, I truly believe this. If I'm wrong I'll be here to eat crow. Dan Campbell will be retained next year.

No it doesn't. We have the two worst guards in football, free safety is a huge problem, our best rb can't play until week 8, linebacker play is a disaster, wake looks like he's done and OV can't get to the qb. Did I mention cb2
 
Throw Billy Turner in at G and make a conscience effort to run the ball. Give your defense some time to rest. I'm guessing we will see some inspired play from the defense after the bye

I do think that some of our offensive line play issues can be helped with better coaching decisions. I'm 100% in favor of running the ball more to help our pass protection. And yes, I put Turner in there. I don't care if he doesn't run it exactly the way Benton wants it, what this team needs on that line right now is a guy with a lot of grit who is going to pop people in the mouth. Campbell is damn right about that.
 
people are expecting too much here and and ultimately I fear will be disappointed. Sorry to be the debbie downer
 
To make the postseason 3 things have to happen:
- Going 9-3 or better is not even a miracle, that's just not doable. Leaves us with 8-4 in the last 12 games and an overall record of 9-7
- Our division record is 0-2 so with 9-7 and to have any chance at winning a tiebreaker, we have to win all our remaining division games which means sweeping the Patriots
- Our conference record is 0-3 and to have any change at winning a tiebreaker, of the 4 games we can afford to lose, 3 of them have to be against NFC opponents so we'll have a conference record of 8-4.

The problem is, not a single one of those 3 is going to happen.
 
Dan Campbell is a TE coach. No doubt he can motivate , but as a long term solution , don't think he gets it done.

Why??
He's useless in the passing game with 1 reception in his career
He has 39 out of his 49 yards in the 4th quarter when the games were over
He's had 1 good game in his short career where he scored 4 out of the 5 tds he has to date

If he's the best we have then we have another problem to add to the team
 
Ive always believed until we are statistically out of the playoffs we have a chance. ALOT of ball left to be played. We have serious talent on this squad. Im not going to say we winning the rest of our games lets be real. Just don't give up if the opportunity is still there. Plus look how crazy this season has been for plenty of teams. Never know who's going to lose down the stretch and open a window for us.
 
Apologies if this is incorrect but hasn't this OP been ****ting on Tanne nonstop for the last few days? I may be getting him mixed up with all of the rest of the morons preaching Tannehate.

If so, I'm surprised you think were going to the playoffs this year with such a "bad" QB.
