Do you guys think if Cam Wake Works out other teams will raid the CFL

I was looking at the CFL rosters just to see who all was playing there and wandered what if Cam Wake has a dominate season. Will all the other coaches follow like they did with the wildcat. There are some decent players up there and most of them played NCAA ball. They all started for them most part. I was looking to see if anyone had a big DT that we might look at. Im sure BP is looking up there all the time. I think we still need depth on the O and D lines. I think we need a couple of more LB as well. There were alot of UDFA that were 3-4 round projected players but we didnt make a move on any of them. So maybe he can look in Canada to find some bodies to bring into camp. Who knows maybe we will fine that diamond. The level of comp is not very good up there so who knows if any of them would succeed in the NFL. ANother reason I was looking is that for some reason I still would like to get Adarius Bowman. I know most of you hate him but I used to watch him at Okie State and he was a hbig play threat on every play. But anyways what do you think . You think if Wake works out like the Wildcat other teams will try to bring in more players from there???
 
Domino effect. The Dodgers went overseas and cherry picked Nomo and then a whole wave of teams began doing it. But if Wake does become beastly then it won't be the first time that a player has came from the CFL and worked out. You'll have that guy from time to time that comes over and does really really well.
 
I think teams have been looking into the CFL long before we did with Wake. I think Wake is just the first guy on defense whose skills could actually translate to the NFL.

Almost all the offensive players in the CFL wouldn't make it in the NFL, cause the style of play is just so different. That goes for most the defensive players as well, except for pass rushers.

No to your question.They have been scouting the CFL for decades.And each year some CFL players are signed.
 
Wake is just a beast his talents arent matched by any player in the CFL, this will not be a theme
 
i think anyone as accomplished and young as wake will be looked at regardless of CFL NFL or EFL.

O sorry..., you forgot a few more names ST Bennie Thompson..., and Dieter Brock's illustrious career with the Rams..., and Jeff Garcia of course... Swervyn Mervyn Fernandez was also solid in the NFL :rolleyes2:

Friend they come around every so often there is nothing to suggest that the NFL is going to raid the CFL for its players..., Wake should have won MVP in an offensively inspired league that tells us that he is special...
