it's a good sign that we'll be running the piss out of the ball tomorrow? I say 45-50 carries should be in order under the hot,S. Fla. sun. The falcons will just wilt in their black jerseys!! We should run a lot of 2TE sets a lot. Maybe even 2TE's, 1FB/H-Back, 1RB, and 1WR

fine by me, i need the fantasy stats from ronnie. TO's big mouth might kill me this week (and for some time to come).

Holmes is what Saban refers to as a "Thumper" so it could mean more running...

I don't think it's indicative of anything beyond Holmes outperforming Heller in practice. This is assuming Holmes was still on the practice squad last week.

Heller was a blocking specialist. Holmes is a big guy who can do a little bit more as a receiver. Remember, Holmes had a horrible final preseason game, yet still made the final roster before being replaced by Heller.

If he has improved since then, we're simply upgrading the 3rd TE position.

It is supposed to be 84 at kickoff and it should feel like 90 down on the field. If we can keep them from scoring quickly at the open, we should be able to wear them down with a good dose of R&R.

I'm ready!

I actually thought he did well that game. I remember that he was getting the ball almost every other play. For not being a Pass catching specialist he looked pretty good. He just needed to get more polished, and work on his ball control. After that game i was hoping more than ever that he made the squad.
