The Dolphins waived Tim Dobbins. His contract was terminated. He was due $1.5 in 2011 and was guaranteed $3M last season in an extension.

He was nothing special. Got a lil' mo cash money.

Well this was the ILB cut I was expecting . . . was making far too much for a guy who will have little impact on the field. Heard all about his special teams play, but the skill position guys seemed to do a better job there as well. He was terrible when Crowder went down.

Don't you think we should still give him a chance to develop? He had to put on some wght his first year and learn the NFL. I'll wait to see how his play looks in the pre-season before I decide.

i saw him a plenty last preseason...and he had no instincts for the position...none...maybe he was just swimming like a lot of rooks learning his responsibilities etc but the only thing he flashed in base defense reps was he should get a visit from the turk

but we'll see what a year in the buildings difference makes...i don't think its gonna amount to much...personally...
