does anyone know if seau or timbo will be back????

just wondering i have not heard anything and i was thinking did seau retire or will he come back for one more run and i heard tim-bo might try and make a comeback any info anyone....:confused:
 
I doubt if Junior Seau and Tim Bowens will be back. Seau was injury prone during his tenure here and Bowens hasn't played in almost two years.
Besides, they are both pretty old and Saban is trying to make the defense younger.

bowens is only 31 yeasr old, he is far from done. he has back issues but he has stated that he will be back to play for the dolphins before he retires and waits five years to become a first ballot hall of famer.

Link. I thought Timbo "Officially" retired before the start of last year.


EDIT: Sorry, I guess he hasnt officially retired... .but..... doubt we ever see him back...:boohoo:

That's not true. He officially retired last year but said that IF his back ever gets better THEN he may come back and play for the Fins. He sat out all of last year and by all means appears ready to sit out all of this year. I'd say 2 years out of the game means he's done.

I liked Timbo alot, but a 1st ballot hofer? I hope those are your words and not his. He was very good, but not super-dominant. Plus, his career was cut short. He's not in the Dwight Stephenson category for HOF w/ a shortened career.

That said, I'd love if he could make a comeback at some point or get some recognition. He gave this team alot while he played.
 
Timbo was a great warrior and one of my favorites. The disc problem just isn't going to go away so very sadly, unless some miracle occurs, we've seen the last of him as an active player.
 
yo, niether will be back. well, maybe junior, but timbo is done. this is like the 4th or 5th thread ive seen in the last couple weeks, asking if timbo's gun play again.... i know he was a beast( way way way underrated in the public mass media ...cough espn), but really.....would you want timbo back w/o his boy daryl gardner alongside of um?

Timbo doesnt need Gardner alonside of him to be successfull if he is Healthy. Timbo was good before Gardner, with Gardner and after Gardner. When healthy.
 
dolphins pro shop has seau's jersey on clearance, maybe they know something.
