Does anyone know when the supplemental draft happens?

I tired to find the dates for the NFL supplemental draft and the article only posited "Sometime in Mid June".

Does anyone know when this draft happens and does anyone think we will try to pick up Oliver or Siler (The MD O- lineman) if he enters it?

I dont know if it is still gonna happen but Jared Gaither, Maryland will be applying for the Sup draft. He is a top ranked junior and top five between juniors and seniors
