Have not heard but if OV was fined for a similar hit on Mariotta last year I assume he will be.

It's not the NFL's job to determine the intent of the play because that can be gray but when you touch below a QB's knee or at his helmet that is black and white. Just as hits on receivers.

He should be fined and the Dolphins should be leading the charge. Again this has nothing to do with it being intentional or not.
