Does Brandon Marshall fit a west coast system?

Terrell Owens played in the WCO, I don't see why Marshall can't.

Well my understanding of a WCO is that the offense is a Pass 1st...Im not sure how the heck shanahans offense is that..His offense is a run 1st always has always will.

I would expect were going to implement a west coast offense with the hiring of Philbin so do you think Brandon Marshall gets traded or released? I'm no expert but he does not seem to fit a west coast offense. Am I wrong?

Why would you release your best WR? It's running routes, it's catching the ball. I think he'd adjust

I think he will be a beast in the wco. He played very well in it before daniels changed everything in denver.

Kendall wright from baylor is my 1st round pick if we don't get a right tackle at #8 or #9.he would be the perfect high flying deep threat we need....we can be spectacular on offense this year.he is what gates could develop to be.a young Steve Smith is the best comparision

I think it's pretty clear that the members have spoken ...

BIG year potential next year.

When talking about a WCO, it usually just refers to the passing scheme in place. You can still be a run-oriented team and run the WCO when passing the ball. Shanahan is a ZBS running attack, coupled with a WCO passing attack. The two are a perfect fit for each other. Both rely upon the same type of personnel.

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere in this thread but I'll say it again. Marshall was drafted by Mike Shanahan who runs the WCO so Marshall started his career in the WCO in Denver. Shanahan was coach of the Broncos from 1995-2008, Marshall drafted in 2006. Marshall's last three years with Shanahan look like this:
