If the team continues to struggle, does Wayne reconsider his stadium renovations ? If he doesn't have many people coming to the games, will it pay for itself to continue with them ?

Why would he? The stadium needs the renovations, particularly because Huyzenga is trying to get the NFL to agree to hold the Super Bowl here every four or so years. The performance of the Dolphins has nothing to do with the necessity of renovations.

I hope you are right, and the stadium does need the renovations.

yea lets just leave it as it is becuse of a bad season we will let cement fall on ppl forever

word is he is REALLY pissed...

the stadium may not be done it time
the coaches are getting paid alot, but he sees no results
he's paying 100 million for a QB thats not playing
and he paid for a bubble that they barely ever use

I am too....very. But his money is being pissed away.....I'd be livid, but yet we don't hear from him at all.

Where'd you hear all this from? Culpepper's contract is not worth $100 million, and the bubble was never meant to be used on a constant basis: it was meant to be used in cases of bad weather and when the team wanted to simulate particular factors like crowd noise.

Still $ 10 million + for a facility that is not used a lot is a bit extravagant

Wow! This is the dumbest post ever. The stadium renovations are completely unrelated to the success of the team. It is about increasing the value of the franchise, attracting Super Bowls, and keeping the stadium a state of the art facility. Do you really think Wayne is going to get so outraged by the team's performance that he is going to call off $250 million worth of already started construction??

And believe me, Wayne is not losing any money owning this team. The amount of money this team(or any NFL team) brings in from the TV deal, licensing rights, etc., they could lose every game and play in front of an empty stadium and still make money.

To you and me, yeah. To a professional sports team? An acceptable cost. The Dolphins aren't the only team with a bubble anyway.
