It doesn’t take much reading between the lines to realize Dorsey doesn’t think Collins at his scheduled $10.5 million salary is part of his plan, but that’s why people negotiate.

The Browns could either restructure Collins’ deal or just get rid of him, as Dorsey said plainly that Collins’ play didn’t justify that kind of number.

I think Flores would know instantly.

IIRC Collins was dealt at the trade deadline because he was a freelancer. If true, I'd expect Flores to stay away from him, but who knows? Maybe Flores knew things about him that Belichick and Patricia didnt.

Think he is too old for the rebuild.

There were also reports of him being checked out of the game (mental) for periods because he just did not care about football. Yet he still playing so idk about that.

John Dorsey is one of the better GM's in the NFL and you have to respect his evaluation on Collins. He maybe still young, but his production is down and there is a reason the Browns and Patriots unloaded the guy....no thanks.
