Does ricky find out today?

He can apply, but I don't think the reinstatement process is that quick. Think it takes a few days.

He has already applied for re-instatement, today marks the official day that the commish can actully say yeah you can come back. But chances are he may want to meet with Ricky and review his medical records and drug test and all that before he makes a decision. So it will probably be a few weeks. But I think the commish should have already done this, so we will know if we may need to draft a RB in this years draft, as of now, it's still up in the air for us as far as the backup to ronnie brown goes.

This whole deal is a bunch of CRAP..... The NFL has known this in advanced, so they should know by now wether he can come back or not, those 60 extra days only harm the team and the organization.....

I read somewhere that escapes me that when something like this occurs right before the draft often a commissioner will try to make a decision before the draft as a consideration to the team in question, so they can make better draft day decisions. Don't know whether this is really the case, but it would be fairer to the Dolphins. Anyone else hear anything like this?

60 days? Training camp will be right around the corner by then. I think we will be fine.

I know, I'am just saying that the boss man has 60 days to decide. Several members here are saying the league, commish, are screwing the Dolphins and/or Ricky. Only one person screwed up and that was Ricky. I have no problem if the commish uses the full 60 days. He's been suspended twice and blew the league off on his retirement issue, so I have no problems with the league blowing him off for 60 days. No one is to blame but Ricky himself.

I like Ricky and hope he is back, but I wouldn't do him any favors.

I remember reading that somewhere also, but evidently, the commish doesn't give a crap about or team, or else who would have made up his mind on ricky's reinstament by now. or maybe he has decided and we just don't know about it yet.

Well the sooner the better. Ricky would be another threat on offense for us, we need to know now if he will be here for us or not.
