Can anyone of you imagine the outrage on this board if Tannehill is injured on a QB sneak?

It's a part of the game. Take a look at the replay of Tanny's TD run. He took a nasty pop from the LB square on the helmet. Looked like his neck compressed and easily could have been injured..... But he wasn't.

How many times do you see Brady take a snap and grab a few yards up the middle on a sneak? And guess what, it works. Should Billiboy not run the play anymore because it can get his QB hurt?
