He's already lost it. JT and Bell already came out and said it, although not in so many words. Also just look at the way Jake was laughing at him on the sideline, which I absolutely loved.

The team quit on him before the end of last season anyways.

Has the team already lost faith after this loss today ?

I don't understand why the team would lose faith. It's their fault they gave up the game winning drive from McCoy and co. Sure Sparano is responsible for the Dolphins lack of having nuts but it's the team's fault they suck.
