Curt over at phins.com keeps a list of places to watch Miami games. I cant vouch for it's accuracy but hopfully you can find a place or two.

i live in san fran -- i found a bar in redwood city that is a phins. bar -- i will get back to you on the name of it....I have directv tho and any dolphin fan is always welcome to watch the game at my place....

Grew up in the East Bay. I have directv and a 50" plasma HDTV. My liquor cabinet is always full and we always welcome more people to come watch. I live in Discovery Bay now. I used to live in Hayward and Dublin though.

I live in Modesto and canceled the ticket this year. And Directv. Bloodsuckers.
Luckily, a Dolphins fan owns a sports bar here, so I can just watch my game on a larger screen for free. I can spend that 12 bucks a week on the breakfast buffet and a drink.

Dolphins games in Bay Area
I just moved to the East Bay area in April. The Sunshine Saloon in Pleasanton is where I've been watching the Dolphins preseason games. The cross streets are Santa Rita and Valley. They have plenty of TVs and show every game on Sundays. The owner told me there is always a group of Dolphins fans on Sundays as well as Canes fans on Saturdays. Of course, the majority are Raider or Niner fans. The food is really good too.
