wished wake was gonna get in there. can't wait to see what he can do.
 
bah!!! i was sure we'd activate wake.

so is all the so called praise of Wake that some have stated from practice all just coach speak. I dont see practice and have heard plenty of comments from people on this board that say he is doing so good in practice. Looks like it will difficult to get those 8 sacks being inactive.

It will be hard to complain if the shenanigans work. But if they don't work for a second straight week more and more people will be jumping off that wagon.

I just think playing time should be earned and White has done nothing to earn it unless his 19 qb rating in preseason was a plus.

Also, I love our owner's confidence in the team .....
Talked to Stephen Ross a few minutes ago and he's obviously excited. Asked how he'll measure success this year, he answered, "Winning the Super Bowl."

He seems to have done something in the practice sessions that were closed to the public/media. Crowder had mentioned in an interview how Pat ran all over them in practice and he looked forward to him doing it to someone else. I also think this regime won't play someone who didn't earn it in SOME way - and that's why your 3rd round pick and $5M Canadian aren't playing yet.

Well all I hear on this board is how great Wake has been in practice and heard nothing much about Pat White. Also Wake is not a 5 mill canadaian much closer to 2.3 mill over 4 years. I dont think its a matter of White doing so good I just think they want to justify taking White and making that plan work.
 
Why the hell is Wake inactive.
