Miami Dolphins head coach Nick Saban discussed QB Daunte Culpepper's (shoulder) status for the Week 5 game and why he did not participate in most of practice Thursday, Oct. 5. Saban said, "Daunte had a little bit of trouble Wednesday (Oct. 4) in practice because he had a little bit of an injured shoulder dating back to the Buffalo game (Sept. 17). It has not been a significant injury with him, but he did have a little trouble on Wednesday. We thought a day's rest would be good for him. [Culpepper] really did practice some today but we minimized his reps. That's really about all there is to it. I don't think this is a significant thing. I think we just have to evaluate it day to day." Culpepper is listed as probable on the team's injury report.
 
Nice post! I like the last bit about Culpepper makes me wonder if it's a smokescreen for possibly starting Joey if the need arises?

Think its time to jump off the Daunte bandwagon and onto the Team one. If he aint winning games he isnt a good fit.

Who exactly are you talking too? Did you miss the part about if the need arises or do you just not understand the question?
 
To get off the Daunte topic for a second here - I'm glad we resigned safety Jack Hunt. I know it was preseason, but he showed some heart out there, and he's an LSU boy that knows the defensive scheme. Obviously he's gonna make no absolute impact on this team, but just to direct things away from Daunte for one post at least... worth a try!

i quoted the wrong one, it was the sarah ann one about the arises it would be at the international space station
