<A href="http://www.kffl.com/link/166">Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins shaved $12.8 million off of its 2006 salary cap Wednesday, March 2. With the 2006 salary cap set at $94.5 million, the Dolphins still have $6.6 million in salary to eliminate before they are under the cap. If a new collective bargaining agreement is made, the cap could jump to between $105 million and $110 million. The team has until 10 p.m. to make sure they are within the cap's restrictions
