Miami — Trade down with Chicago, who moves up to six with a Lance Briggs deal, and take Brady Quinn. This is a very hot rumor running around the league and, in fact, league sources even say the two teams have had some minor exploratory talks about such a move. I think even if they trade for Trent Green, it's a solid move for the new Cam Cameron Era. Side note: the Chiefs equipment guy has already sent Green's shoulder pads and other equipment he uses down to Miami thinking that deal will get done. Do I think that Chicago moves up and then trades with Miami? Not really. Not sure they think they'll have to move for him if Quinn gets out of the top four. Miami is also shopping Marty Booker to pick up additional picks in this draft. .

That makes no sense....We need a QB,not a linebacker.
If we wanted a LB,just draft Pat Willis.
 
not a bad deal if we want somebody towards the end of the 1st round like Kolb or Stanton and we would also pick up alot of extra picks. it would cost the Bears alot to move from #31 to #9 though
 
lol. Doubtful. We don't need Briggs, especially for the money he's going to ask [Nate Clements' type of money].

you misread the rumor, it says we pick up extra picks by moving down with Chicago then Chicago will move up from #9 to #6 by trading Lance Briggs.
 
We are not getting Briggs, If Chicago trades with Washington we trade we CHicago and we get Quinn.

thats a poorly written rumor, it's hard to understand
 
you are all misreading it. i saw it on foxsports.com earlier as well. it means that the bears will trade lance briggs to the redskings and swap picks w/ them as well, which then we will trade w/ the bears. adn we will take brady quinn.
