Yea kinda surprised that trading Phillips is all we did.

It's pretty simple....we just don't have talent with contracts that anyone wants to take on.

Other than Waddle and Achane who we were unwilling to trade.

Phillips was the only other player who anybody wanted who had a manageable contract since it expires at the end of the season.
 
You could have given control of this franchise in 2020 to a couple of 8 year old madden players and as we sit here right now you can't say with any certainty we wouldn't be better off.

I think we had offers for other players like chubb and Minkah and stupidly decided they were not sufficient
 
I could care less what the Jets did, F the Jests. We just didn't have the players that other teams wanted. Credit Grier for the lack of talent we had.
2026 draft does not have a true #1 QB. Let's let our new GM and HC determine how we draft and add FA this coming off season. We can fill many roster positions in this draft. As others have stated let's wait until the 2027 draft to get a QB

You better care what the Jets did, because it pretty much guarantees that the Fins will be last place for quite a while.

Getting. 5th rounder for minkah would not helped us. Is champ did that. He is hurting franchise and his future prospects in the league for Any job

Nobody was offering 3 for him. Prob not even a 4. Can still trade in offseason
 
We didnt have as good as players at Sauce Gardner and Williams. We had Chubb and Minkah lol. Those guys aren't worth making a big move for. Jets certainly have the draft captial to build a talented roster.
