Funny. I always thought if I had the money to buy the dolphins, there were some necessary staduim upgrades. The information section at the bottom is also interesting. I am surprised there are no upgrades to the 'player' areas - locker rooms, medical facilities -- even the field, unless those are handled as some other initiative.

Nice to see things moving forward -- and I think that's why this was announced, so show signs of a new day in Miami. and, if Wayne wants to sell, to jack up the price. Not that I was going to be able to afford the team anyway. :)

Anyone else getting a tingling sensation on the back of their neck?

I wonder if all this was a rider on Saban's contract?:chuckle:

I had a similar thought. I could see Saban asking for proof of interest by seeing this investment in the team and community. But, this would have been VERY quick to put those plans together...

At the very least, it shows that Wayne is serious about returning this franchise to first class, elite status. I'm so excited by this. I just wish the Marlins had their own place. Then this ball would be rolling a lot faster.

I wonder if they will look for an indoor practice facility as well, short term. (Especially after all the problems last TC)
