Dolphins Biggest Remaining Need - Am I Missing Something?

Holland was almost as bad giving up 111 qb rating when targeted with 16% missed tackle rate. Not nearly as bad as Poyer’s 130 qb rating when targeted. That’s why I don’t think secondary is as bad as people think. Cb #2 pretty much the same with duck and kader already playing most of the season as fuller was hurt most of the year. Filling Ramsey spot will be tough but that’s pretty much it. Hard to be as bad as Holland and Poyer, guys were missing a ton of tackle allowing nearly perfect ratings when targeted.
This absolutely.

Holland was not anywhere near elite; he wasn't even good.

He was an average safety who didn't produce turnovers.

Poyer was worse.

While most guys step up and have career years the last year of rookie deals to cash in, Holland appeared to make business decisions on the field the other way.

...and if that's the case, then we REALLY didn't want him.
