Dolphins-Bills game is NOT NFL Network's Games of the Week

Yep, sad to say, I just checked it out.
Wed's game is Pitt-Cincy and Thurs is KC-Den.
That's BS!
I was going to tape that one.
Lost a lot of respect for the NFL Network.

Why, the game absolutly sucked except for the first 11 minutes for Buffalo, and the last 11 minutes for the Dolphins. The rest of the game was quite boring to be a "Game of the Week". The other games had much more consistent excitement.

true. and the other games were also "rivalry" games that had higher stakes. the game was a good one, but it was really just parts of the game that are worthy of a polished production.

the pitt cincy game was a lot more fun to watch in the sense that it was more balanced throughout all 4 quarters.. I had a feeling they wouldnt line up the phin/bills game.. it really was a sucky game to watch until the end. mostly only fun for bills and phin fans

I forget if I read it here or heard it in an interview on sports talk radio, but the NFL Network apparently picks like 3-4 games in advance as their potential games of the week and then makes the call only among those games. They do this because they send extra personnel like an extra camera to the games they choose so they'll have a little something extra.

Actually I love that program. It seems as though they (NFL Net.) would have to send crews to every game just in case "one for the ages" happens to take place. My comment is, why not just make one for every game, every week and show it at designated times or put it on Demand. It's not like the NFL can't afford this simple promotional tool. Just my 2-cents...

Yeah NFL network is cool. If they really do have only 4 potential games phins bills battle of the 4-7's aint it. Colts vs Titans yes because the streak can end soon. Pitt vs Cincy, for division and most likely playoff spot. KC-Den same thing, 2 playoff spots on the line. 4th one would probably be NFC game so im guessing Giants game.

In all actuallity the game of the week that should have been should have been dolphins pats last year. That was exciting throughout and had a comeback and upset of the century.

Bills vs Phins great comeback and amazing WR play. But same can be said for Rams last week.

Week 17 if the pats are 8-7 are we are 8-7 you better believe that will be a game of the week canidate if not on TV. Winner goes to playoffs loser goes home. Is the 6 game winning streak possible sure, i mean titans, jets, and pats. Chargers is the only difficult to win game.

And since the pats have only won 2 in a row once(against us). Having them going into that game 8-7 is possible. Come on GAME OF THE WEEK!!!

Sending a crew to every game would be very expensive. They would have to have at least 2 cameras per game and I'm pretty sure they still shoot on film (which is expensive). It sucks that it's not game of the week but I can understand why.

Not surprising that we`re not the Game of the Week...a pair of 4-7 teams in a game that was only good from the fourth quarter on. Pitt and Cincy was great all the way through, Denver/K.C. too.
