As some of you may know I am tying the knot next month. Well my fiance and I had the minister to our house for dinner tonight to go over some last minute things. While he was here we asked him to bless our house which he did. When he walked into the office, and noticed ALL the plethora of Dolphins stuff, he threw in a blessing to the Miami Dolphins (as a joke, but he still did it)...

So heres to a successful season and the blessing of the Miami Dolphins! :up:

Take it for what you will, I thought it was wicked awesome for a minister to bless our fins
 
Congrats on getting married. Sounds like a pretty cool minister. BTW, your sig is awesome, any falcons fans make any comments on it to you?

thanks!!! Actually a couple have, they praise him and think the falcons offense will be awesome under pisslarky.. :sidelol: I try to aasure them they will be worse, but they act like Jets fans, ya know what i mean :rolleyes: :lol:
 
Cool lil story....thanks for sharing and Congrats! I know in Massachusetts people say "wicked awesome" or wicked hot etc..... Do people say that down in the south? just wondering....

:sidelol: I was actualyy waiting for a response like tis after I reread my post. Im from the Cuse originally, we use wicked as an adjective there too.

no they don't. i'm in va and i never hear it. unless from a northener. i'm originally from haverhill mass though so when i see it i know where it comes from.

no, no breakin man laws anymore. definately on lock down, somewhat. She is very supportive and interested in the fins (asks questions and such and loves "teddy" as she calls him) and even encouraged me to get superfan so I could watch the dolphin games in HD so its definatelt all good

make sure you plant the seeds now so she doesn't think you're gonna turn into some lifetime and bravo watching guy once you tie the knot.

i made sure my wife knew from day 1 that during football season sunday, monday, thursday, and saturdays are me days. lots of booze and buddies and cigars. that will never change. i'm some catch huh...lol

that's not even including the basketball season. lol needless to say in that 2 month yearly offseason i've got some kissing up to do with the family.
